Each plan is for one user.

Early adopter pricing is a special limited-time offer for our first users. It includes lifetime free and reduced pricing for certain plans as a thank-you for joining us early. Features may change over time, and access to new features may require upgrading to a different plan.

Circuitly offers a free Open Source plan for non-commercial use. Users will need to agree to our EULA confirming their usage is not for commercial purposes. We also offer a free student plan. You can find more details on our student pricing page.

No, all Circuitly users must be subscribed to a plan.

As your free trial ends, you’ll receive an email reminder to subscribe to a plan if you’d like to keep using Circuitly. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be deactivated, and you’ll have 60 days to reactivate it. After 60 days, your account and workspaces will be permanently deleted.

While logged into Circuitly, click the circular avatar in the top right corner to open the user menu. Select “Change plan” from the dropdown.

Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Yes, you can share your private workspaces with as many people as you’d like, but each collaborator will need their own plan to edit in Circuitly. If you share a public workspace you can give someone permission to view and comment, but editing requires a Circuitly account with an active plan.

Circuitly is committed to keeping your work accessible. If you cancel your plan, your account will be deactivated and you’ll have 60 days of view-only access to your workspaces. During this time, you can download your files, but your collaborators will no longer be able to view or interact with them. After 60 days, your account and workspaces will be permanently deleted.

AI credits are used to access Circuitly’s AI Research Assistant. Each credit roughly represents one conversation thread, though longer or more complex sessions may use more.

Yes, you can purchase additional AI credits at $0.05/credit once you run out.

The AI Research Assistant must be enabled by the owner of each workspace and is disabled by default. To turn it on for a given workspace, the workspace owner must click the Research Assistant button in the sidebar and enable it for their workspace in the pop-up modal. By default, the AI Research assistant does not have access to a workspace’s data.

While logged into Circuitly, click the circular avatar in the top right corner to open the user menu. Select “Billing” from the dropdown. In the billing modal, click your current plan to open the subscription details page, where you’ll find the option to cancel your subscription.
